Snore Nest CPAP Returns & Refunds

At Snore Nest CPAP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene standards, opened CPAP masks, hoses, and accessories are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened CPAP masks

  • Opened hoses or tubing

  • Any used or hygienic CPAP accessories
